We can all, at times, feel out of control with our emotions, find ourselves in dark places feeling stuck, needing extra support to manage the challenges of life. I understand how hard life can be at times.

My aim is that by the end of our work together you will understand yourself on a much deeper level, be able to cope with your feelings better and feel more empowered to move forward with your life authentically.
My work is integrative, meaning I draw on a variety of techniques and tools to assist you, tailoring my approach to your own individual needs. The work we do together will be completely unique to you as there is no one size fits all. I deeply believe that everybody has the capacity to heal in the right environment and my work is rooted in this belief.
My role as a counsellor, can offer you a clam space which can alleviate emotional suffering and facilitate personal growth. I aim to shine a light on your own unique power, which may not be in your awareness at this point in time.
I am a Trauma-Informed Therapist, completing additional training to process trauma safely, equipping me with invaluable tools and knowledge to support clients in processing traumatic events effectively.
I work in a neuro-affirming way, drawing on both my professional training and my own lived experience of neurodivergence.

How I work
My main areas of expertise are Person Centred and Psychodynamic therapies.
Person Centred approach
Focuses on the here and now, offering an enriching experience by holding the therapeutic relationship with the upmost importance. You are the expert of you and together we can explore your emotions, beliefs, values and fears to build self-awareness and strengthen your sense of self.
Psychodynamic therapy
Looks at our childhood experiences, working with the unconscious mind, which out of our awareness, is running the show. By bringing these unconscious feelings, patterns and coping mechanisms to our awareness, we can work on moving towards the life you want and deserve. Our past is very much alive in our present and through understanding our past, we can liberate the present.
